New Justice League Character Posters Released, Trailer to Debut Sunday

Ahead of this week’s New York event, Warner Bros. has released new character posters for the upcoming Justice League and confirmed that the film’s new trailer will debut this Sunday!

In the spirit of superhero teamwork, the posters, which were tweeted out today, are captioned with “All In” and tease the aforementioned trailer. They include most members of the Justice League including Ben Affleck as Batman, Gal Gadot as Wonder Woman, Jason Momoa as Aquaman, Raymond Fisher as Cyborg and Ezra Miller as the Flash. Noticeably absent from the collection of posters is Henry Cavill as Superman who is slated to appear in the movie.

Principle photography for Justice League wrapped in October. Director Zack Snyder and his producer-wife Deborah Snyder have stepped aside from the production after the death of their daughter. Comic book movie Godfather Joss Whedon stepped in to wrap up reshoots and post-production for the movie.

Check out the new Justice League posters and stay tuned for the final trailer for the film!

Justice League stars Ben Affleck as Batman, Henry Cavill as Superman, Gal Gadot as Wonder Woman, Jason Momoa as Aquaman, Ezra Miller as The Flash, Ray Fisher as Cyborg, Willem Dafoe as Nuidis Vulko, Jesse Eisenberg as Lex Luthor, Jeremy Irons as Alfred Pennyworth, Diane Lane as Martha Kent, Connie Nielsen as Queen Hippolyta, Billy Crudup as Henry Allen, Amber Heard as Mera, with J.K. Simmons as Commissioner Gordon, and Amy Adams as Lois Lane.

Fueled by the hero’s restored faith in humanity and inspired by Superman’s selfless act, Justice League sees Bruce Wayne enlist the help of his newfound ally, Diana Prince, to face an even greater enemy. Together, Batman and Wonder Woman work quickly to find and recruit a team of metahumans to stand against this newly awakened threat. But despite the formation of this unprecedented league of heroes—Batman, Wonder Woman, Aquaman, Cyborg and The Flash—it may already be too late to save the planet from an assault of catastrophic proportions.
